Refund policy

Physical Products
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Personalized/custom-made products, final-sale items, and items specifically marked non-returnable may not be eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of ebooks and downloadable products, purchases are generally final once the download has been delivered or accessed. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed delivery that we cannot resolve, corrupted files, or where required by applicable law.
