Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all ebook purchases are generally final once the download link has been delivered or the file has been accessed.
Refunds may be considered if:
you were charged more than once for the same order;
you did not receive the download and we cannot resolve the issue;
the file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement; or
a refund is required under applicable consumer law.
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases after the file has been accessed, or dissatisfaction with the story/content.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
